Overstimulate

Getting creative with your office space can be great, but since you have a smaller office, getting too creative with the space can get distracting, the workflow will decrease. Too much accessorising can become overwhelming and can cause unwanted distractions. Every minute lost of productivity can affect the company.

Ignore Break Areas

The reason why AI has not yet taken over is because human labour is much more valuable. It cannot be done if the human brain is not given rest. Break rooms or resting areas are an important aspect of an office. Because your office is small, ignoring break areas can become easy.
